
Bunyoro District Khadi Calls On Ugandans To Maintain Peace
Sheikh Musa Babanja the Bunyoro District Khadi has called on Ugandans to ensure that they maintain peace as Muslims celebrate Eid Al-Adha.
The District Khadi made the remarks while presiding over Eid Al-adha Prayers at Bwikya Mosque, the headquarters of Bunyoro Muslim Supreme Council in Hoima City.
Sheikh Babanja has encouraged Muslims to uphold the spirit of brotherhood between Individuals and Nations such that there can be peace.
He has also called on parents in the Islamic Faith to embrace education if they are to have strong families.
Iddi Magezi the Secretary Bunyoro Muslim Supreme Council and Hassan Mugenyi have appealed to the believers not to sell the meat that they have received.
Muslims Celebrate Eid Al-Adha by slaughtering animals as a sign of sacrifice to Allah.
In Bunyoro over 700 cows have been slaughtered and the meat has been distributed to various districts in the Region.
