NUP Cries Foul As Police Continues To Bundle Them

The national unity platform party, NUP leadership has faulted Uganda police for wanting to curtail their 2026 plans following yesterdays , move into the Kyenjojo district

Yesterday police in Kyenjonjo disrupted a meeting in which NUP leaders had met some of their supporters from the Kyenjojo district

Speaking to the media, the NUP spokesperson Joel Ssenyonyi said they won’t give up on meeting their supporters even though they know the police have been ordered to see that they don’t do any consultations ahead of the 2026 general elections.
