The Archbishop of the Church of Uganda, the Most Rev. Dr. Stephen Samuel Kaziimba Mugalu, has challenged students to remain disciplined and focused on their future, urging them to endure temporary hardships in pursuit of long-term success. The Archbishop made the remarks during a visit to Kibubura Girls' Secondary School in Ibanda District, where he also dedicated a multi-billion-shilling science complex currently under construction.

As part of his pastoral and farewell visit to the North West Ankole Diocese, the Archbishop of the Church of Uganda, the Most Rev. Dr. Stephen Samuel Kaziimba Mugalu, visited Kibubura Girls' Secondary School in Ibanda District.

Addressing students, Archbishop Kaziimba cautioned them against pursuing temporary pleasures that could jeopardize their future aspirations.

He encouraged the learners to remain focused on their education and personal growth, emphasizing that enduring challenges today often leads to greater rewards tomorrow.

The archbishop noted that many young people are tempted by shortcuts and worldly pleasures, only to face difficult consequences later in life.

He urged the students to embrace discipline, hard work, and faith in God, saying these values are essential for success and personal transformation.

Archbishop Kaziimba further warned the students against comparing themselves with individuals who appear to be prospering through questionable means.

He reminded them that lasting success is built through patience, integrity, and perseverance.

Following his interaction with the students, the Archbishop toured the school's multi-billion-shilling science complex currently under construction.

He commended the school leadership for investing in science education and infrastructure, describing the project as a significant contribution towards improving the quality of education and preparing learners for the future.

The archbishop encouraged the school community to remain committed to the vision and trust God for the successful completion of the facility.

He later dedicated the project and prayed for God's provision, wisdom, and strength for all those involved in its construction and completion.
