
East Africa Awaits: Leaders to Unveil 9th East African Revival Kabale Convention at Historic Namirembe Cathedral Press Conference
The 9th East African Revival Kabale Convention is set to captivate the region once again as key leaders gather at Namirembe Cathedral, the birthplace of the Revival movement in 1929. On Wednesday, July 23rd, 2025, at 10am, the Archbishop of the Church of Uganda, The Most Rev. Dr. Stephen Kazimba Mugalu, alongside the Chairperson Organising Committee Rt. Hon. Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda, and other esteemed guests, will address the world about the upcoming convention.
The high-profile press conference will feature Rt. Hon. Amama Mbabazi, Canon Dr. Johnson Byabashaija, and Canon Eng. Moses Murengezi, and will be live-streamed on various channels, including Family TV. Media houses from across the region are expected to attend, highlighting the significance of this event.
